A groundbreaking collaborative project that addresses the reintegration of young adult offenders (ages 18-25) from state prison and back into society, Community Partners Reinvestment Project provides substance abuse treatment and education, job skill development and employment assistance, and is proven to reduce the rate of recidivism. Focus is placed on supporting a drug and crime-free healthy lifestyle and provides pre- and post-release counseling for both the young offender and his family.
