Provides health care oversight, consultation and nursing services for the participants of the Lambert House Adult Day Center. This includes: nursing assessments, chronic care management, oversight and management of the medication program, training and delegation, working with caregivers of the participants, supporting the CMA, the CNA staff and other direct care staff of the center. details

Works with the Adult Day Center interdisciplinary health and wellness team to create a positive, supportive working environment for our disabled elderly and adult participants. details

Registered Nurse/Nurse Manager - Marie Smith Center

Works under the guidance and supervision of the Adult Day Center’s RN to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the medication program. The secondary role of the CMA may include being scheduled on the floor to perform direct care duties/CNA duties with the seniors and adults with disabilities that attend the program. details
